Return and Exchange

 

1. Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • An opening video is mandatory for damaged items.

2. Returns

  • A ₹115 return shipping deduction applies to all returns (including reverse pickup).

  • Refunds are initiated only after the product:
    • Reaches our warehouse
    • Passes quality inspection

  • Processing time: 6–14 business days (depends on courier & location).
  • A tracking link will be shared after pickup.
  • COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased under the "Clearance Sale" section are non-returnable.

3. iPhone Covers Policy

  • Returns are accepted for all iPhone covers.
  • If the wrong iPhone model is delivered:
    • Item must be unopened to qualify for return/exchange.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders:
    • Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or UPI
    • COD charges are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues (subject to availability).
  • Items purchased under the "Clearance Sale" section are non-exchangeable.

If the required size is unavailable, you can:

  • Wait for restock, or
  • Receive a full refund (no extra fee)

6. Exchange Fees

  • A flat ₹95 exchange fee applies (size exchange only).
  • If a prepaid order is refused or cancelled at delivery, a ₹115 deduction applies.

7. Return / Exchange Process

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Note: Courier delays may occur due to weather or logistics.


8. Order Cancellations

Before packing/processing:

  • Cancellation allowed
  • ₹45 fee deducted, remaining amount refunded

After packing/processing:

  • ₹115 deduction applies

Pre-order / Out-of-stock items:

  • No cancellation fee

After dispatch:

  • Cancellation not possible → You must raise a return request

9. Damaged / Wrong Item Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
    • Free replacement for the same product

If unavailable, you can:

  • Get a refund, or
  • Choose an alternative product

Conditions:

  • Notify within 2 days of delivery
  • Opening video is mandatory for damaged items
  • Wrong iPhone model must be unopened
  • Pickup/exchange valid for 7 days from delivery

10. Return & Replacement Process

  • No refund will be issued if the item is not returned.
  • Once the item is picked up:
    • Replacement is dispatched

Delivery Time: 2–7 days

  • Returned product must be the same item originally delivered
